For over 15 years, we've worked alongside schools, event venues, and camps to build safety programs that hold up, and to be there the moment something happens.
When I started Joffe over 15 years ago, I made a promise: to give every school leader, event director, and camp operator the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to keep people safe when it counts. My goal was to equip them, never to scare or overwhelm them.
That belief is still the foundation of everything we do. We've worked with over 2,000 schools and organizations. Our 800+ responders show up year-round: for drills, for training, for the calls that come at 2 a.m. We've helped stop active threats, manage mass-casualty events, and support communities through some of the most difficult moments they've ever faced.
But the work we're proudest of is the quiet kind. A principal who calls us before a threat becomes a crisis. A camp director who runs a reunification drill their staff understands. A safety committee that leaves a training session feeling prepared instead of afraid.
Safety done right builds confidence. That's what we're here for.
Four principles that guide every project, every call, and every decision we make.
Deep credentials and hands-on experience. We've responded to the calls, handled the incidents, and built safety programs across thousands of organizations nationwide.
We build programs around your community. Every school, every event, every camp is different, and your safety program should reflect that.
When something is happening, we don't hand you a manual. We stay on the line, think with you, and find a path through. Every situation is different. We're ready for all of them.
Safety work is human work. We show up with care, for the leaders we work with, the students and families they serve, and the communities we're all working to protect.
